Drawing on more than a decade of experience and a strong horticultural background, Alastair creates individual private gardens, from the first design ideas and detailed drawings to carefully considered planting and installation.

From private gardens and country properties to landscaped spaces for businesses, each commission begins with the place and the people who use it. Alastair works across London, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Norfolk, bringing the same attention to layout, materials and planting from initial concepts through to installation.
Experience behind the design
Alastair Henderson MSGD studied Landscape and Garden Design at Writtle University College, graduating with First Class Honours.
He went on to spend more than eight years with award-winning practice Aralia, working across a wide range of landscape and garden projects.
In 2018, Alastair became a Registered Member of the Society of Garden + Landscape Designers, before establishing his own design practice in 2020.
